Description
Our new for the 2012 season centrally heated double glazed spacious caravan in a prime location on the site is perfect for a holiday in any season and will have had decking fitted prior to opening our doors to guests in March 2012.
Our static caravan is only 6 caravans away from Trecco Bay’s blue flag beach and just a short flat walk too from the site’s extensive entertainment and shopping complex. There is a master bedroom with king sized bed & ensuite toilet, a twin room, a pull out double bed in the lounge area and a bathroom with walk in shower and toilet.
Inside the caravan you will find a flat screen TV with radio & DVD player, DVDs, jigsaws, games, books, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer & cooker as well as crockery, cutlery, glassware etc.
Your gas and electricity will be provided.
Bedding can be supplied at a nominal charge.
Excluding peak periods we will be happy to offer short breaks (minimum 3 nights).
£100 damaged bond applies.

Even if it rains or becomes cooler during your stay do not fear as there is even more to do undercover. The entertainment complex underwent a £7million transformation in 2008 and boasts a most impressive pool complex suitable for serious swimmers as well as having a water slide, chutes, toddlers pool & pirate ship for the younger guests. There is also an indoor play area including Jungle Jims Adventure Play, amusement arcades (for younger and separately older guests), dodgems & Junior 10 pin bowling. Sporting areas are not limited to the inside though as there is a wet play area, adventure play area, two multi sports courts & Mini golf with the nearest 18 hole golf course only a short drive away. The site has a large quantity of restaurants & takeaways so whether you are looking to have a pizza delivered to the caravan, fish & chips, a Sunday carvery or a sit down meal the site can provide it. You can even get a Costa’s coffee and free access to Wi-Fi in certain areas. You can buy pretty much anything on site in the range of shops. If it is evening entertainment you are seeking then you will also not be spoilt for choice with an 800 seater Showdome, a sportsman’s bar, with plasma TVs covering sporting events, an adults only bar, bingo etc. There is a cost of £10 per week for access to certain of the entertainment areas including the Showdome and Pool but we would be happy, if your booking is for a full week, to provide 2 of these passes to start you on your way. Others can easily be purchased from “Owners Select”.

Besides Trecco Bay there are two further sandy beaches in easy walking distance. The one is at Newton and has an expanse of unspoilt sandy beach, perfect for beach sports or an impromptu BBQ and the other, Coney beach, is the commercial resort beach for Porthcawl with donkeys, fairground, cafes etc. If you wish to venture off site you will find much to see in the surrounding area. With good motorway access Swansea (20 miles) and Cardiff (30 miles) are easily accessible with shopping, museums, historical buildings as is the beautiful Gower Peninsula (30 miles), and then closer are the Macarthur Glen Designer Outlet, Barry Island (with its links to Gavin & Stacey!), Ogmore by Sea, Aberavon, Margam Park and the scenic valleys of the County of Glamorgan which are great for walking, photography, bird watching etc. In the caravan you will find a range of tourist information brochures to give ideas.
