Located on the Hayling Island Holiday Park, which has been awarded 4 Stars by the Tourist Board, owned by Parkdean Holidays, at South Hayling, situated just 5 minutes away from the seafront, beach and Beachlands Funfair and Amusement Park. The parks many facilities are listed below. The local shops at West Town are approximately 0.8 miles from the park whilst Mengham is approximately 1.2 miles away. There are 3 nature reserves on the island, the nearest one being approximately 2.2 miles from the park.

Situated south of Havant in Hampshire between Portsmouth and Chichester Harbour and linked to the mainland by both road bridge and ferry, Hayling Island has always appealed to holiday makers and families and retains all the attractions of a traditional seaside resort. The southern part of Hayling is the part of the island best known by holidaymakers, and is a combination of town and country with the settlements of West Town, Gable Head and Eastoke spreading to meet each other but with fields, farms, woods and the sea all within easy reach.
