The acommodation is a 8 berth three bedroomed caravan, it has a color t.v, freeview digital decoder, dvd player,dvd's, hi-fi, audio discs, microwave oven, kettle, fridge, full sized gas cooker(gas can be purchased from site office), all pots and pans, electric heating.(all electrictricity is free) There are three bedrooms i.e. 1 double bedroom, 2 twin rooms , and a pullout double bed in the living room. The caravan has every thing you need to make your break comfortable and enjoyable and fun. The only things you need to bring with you are:- quilt covers, pillowcases, sheets, tea towels, towels etc(sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases etc.

WATERSIDE LEISURE PARK is a 100-acre park. It is a quiet and peaceful park situated very close to the beach,shops,amusment arcadesand all local ammeanities, an ideal place to have your early spring break break. The site is situated just a short walk from the beach, Fantasy Island with its amusements, funfair,pub and of course the centre of Ingoldmells are only a short walk away. The park is fully landscaped, has its own fully stocked shop for your every day needs.

If you enjoy the healthy aspects of life, then there are many local walks around the coast and surrounding Lincolnshire wolds. For the family there are the thrills and spills of the fun fair, the safe sandy beach or just trying your luck in the amusement arcades. Adults can also go for the hustle and bustle of the largest European permanent market, enjoy some fishing, play golf, play bingo, have a drink at the numerous pubs and showbars or just relax on the beach.
